Key Points
Contract Nature - This project is structured under a Mudarabah contract following an operate-and-share model. Spectra operates the completed pool villa wing and shares nightly booking and event income with investors. Given this structure, early withdrawal or emergency exit is not permissible prior to the conclusion of the project.
Profit Distribution - Profits generated from this project are distributed to investors on a pro-rata basis according to shares held, in line with the agreed schedule once returns are realized.
Early Exit Policy - Early withdrawal or emergency exit is not permissible before the project concludes. Invested capital is returned, together with the applicable profit, upon official closure.
